You may return any item shipped by SIGN DEPOT for a credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:
- Please carefully inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt.
- If any item does not meet your approval, simply return it to SIGN DEPOT 1813 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32803 within 30 days for a full refund.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The package must be of full quantity as originally ordered by customer and partially returned merchandise will not be accepted.
- All items returned for exchange or refund must be new, and must include the original packaging materials.
- Be sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice with your returned merchandise.
- Items received by SIGN DEPOT, which have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging or neglect by the customer, will be returned to the customer.
CLEAN AND CARE GUIDELINES |
SURFACE PREPARATION: |
The vehicle's surface should be waxed a minimum of 48 hours prior to applying Sign Depot printable magnetic sheeting. For new vehicles or new painted vehicles, allow aproximately 90 days for the paint totally cure before applying. Wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean dry cloth before application and make sure that all grime, dust and dirt has been removed. |

REMOVAL: |
Remove SignDepot printable magnetic sheeting periodically to guard against moisture and dirt buildup. On vehicles, it is recommended to remove daily to ensure that vehicle and the magnetic sheet surfaces are clean and free of roadway debris. Dirt and moisture trapped between SignDepot magnetic sheeting and your vehicle and damage its finish. |
CLEANING: |
Clean SignDepot printable magnetic sheeting with a mild detergent as well as metallic surface it is being re-applied to, wipe with a soft cloth and allow to dry. This will help to lengthen the life of your SignDepot product and will help to protect the surface of your vehicle. |
CAUTION: |
Avoid using SignDepot on repainted surfaces, non-metallic body fillers and wood grain vinyl siding. |

Failure to follow the SignDepot CLEAN AND CARE GUIDELINES may cause damage to the applied surface and/or the magnetic material itself. SignDepot can not accept and will not be held liable for any damage caused by abuse, misuse or the failure to follow these important procedures. |
